How to Install libalut-dev software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

libalut-dev software package provides OpenAL Utility Toolkit development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libalut-dev

libalut-dev is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libalut-dev package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libalut-dev *
